After understanding his expectations & evaluating the donor area, we decided to do 2200 grafts by FUT method & PRP treatment was done for the crown area to strengthen the hair growth.

In the same area we could have put even more grafts but we chose to secure his donor for the future.

If we do FUE & the same number of grafts, it will give more density, but all the multi-unit grafts will be gone.
